The Band

Ballymac is a group of traditional Irish musicians who met while playing at weekly Irish sessions in the Seacoast region. The members of the band are multi-instrumentalists and can be seen playing Irish button accordion, fiddle, flute, guitar, mandolin, mandola, banjo and tin whistle. Ballymac also performs a wide variety of traditional folk songs drawing their material from Ireland, England, Scotland, Appalachia and the maritimes. The size of the ensemble varies from three to five musicians depending on the event. The band is available for hire for festivals, weddings, graduations, parties, dances, receptions and any events that would be enhanced with traditional music. For more information: Contact Ballymac
